We do legal research at the Land Registry (for example for easements, notices and contaminations) and give advice on the structural state of the dwelling. If necessary, we call in the help of an external surveyor.
We check the purchase deed together with you. We can advise you on the choice of a good civil-law notary for the legal transfer. If required, we can provide tailor-made mortgage advice and put you in touch with an appraiser for the requiered (mortgage)valuation of the property. If so desired we can arrange an appointment with our mortgage advisor for a customized mortgage.
Prior to the legal transfer we carry out a thorough inspection of the property with you. We also check the notarial deed of delivery, check the note of settlement of the notary and accompany you to the notary for the legal transfer.
