When you accept a bid, we will do the following - whether your home will be managed by us or not:
- We collect references from the prospective tenants.
- We draw up the rental agreement.
- We arrange the signing of the lease.
- We check the payment of the rent and deposit.
- We plan and carry out the check-in.
